	Social Problem - Unemployment and its Solution through Support for Start-ups by the Labour Office BORKOVCOVÁ, Helena This bachelor thesis deals with the social problem of unemployment and its solution by support for budding entrepreneurs. It focuses on the problem of unemployment and its implications and the work of the Labour Office to solve this problem. In the research section, we have mapped the social work of the employment agency with clients who are considering starting a business for persons who have received a contribution from the Labour Office of the Czech REPUBLIC in the district of České Budějovice in the form of a questionnaire inquiry. In the framework of the research, secondary data analysis was used and research was carried out by inquiry method, questionnaire technique. 300 respondents were approached.
